Breathe better. Feel clearer. Perform at your best.
The Nasal Release Technique (NRT) is a powerful, hands-on method designed to enhance nasal breathing, improve sinus function, promote facial symmetry, and improve neurological clarity. This unique technique targets the deeper sinus structures and cranial bones to restore balance and release restrictions, supporting a range of functions from sleep to cognition.
What Can NRT Help With?
Dynamic changes are often experienced after just one session. Patients commonly report improvement in:
- Snoring & sleep quality
- Post-nasal drip and sinus drainage
- Facial pain, pressure & headaches
- Jaw tension and TMJD symptoms
- Correct tongue posture & nasal breathing
- Mental clarity, calmness & cognitive focus
- Emotional regulation and nervous system balance
How NRT Works
The Nasal Release Technique gently stimulates the internal sinus cavities to promote better cranial movement and airway flow. It may look unusual, but the results speak for themselves.
The Procedure
A small, soft balloon is inserted into each of the six sinus passages (three on each side of the nose). The balloon is gently inflated using a hand pump for just a few seconds. As it expands, it helps mobilize restricted cranial sutures and sinus tissue.
You may feel brief pressure or a sensation similar to the feeling of a deep yawn or ear pop. The balloon is then quickly deflated, relieving all pressure. Most patients find the procedure tolerable and quick, and many experience noticeable relief immediately.
Why People Love NRT
- Non-surgical
- Drug-free
- Quick & effective
- Can improve breathing, sleep, and neurological function
- Used by athletes, singers, patients with chronic sinus issues, and individuals with past facial trauma or dysfunction
*We often see a rapid shift in how patients breathe, sleep, and feel after just one or two sessions.
Is NRT Right for You?
If you suffer from blocked nasal passages, chronic congestion, TMJ symptoms, or neurological tension, NRT may be the missing link.
